The Laminex Group, the company behind Fusion, remains at the forefront of high-pressure laminate technology ('laminate') with manufacturing plants in Australia and New Zealand. Laminate is a unique interior surface material with several key benefits. It's extremely durable, highly resistant to scratching and staining and is ideal for a range of interior applications.

Laminate is made by laminating layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin (the back of the laminate) with several surface layers including a solid colour under layer, an image layer than a melamine surface overlay. These layers are consolidated under heat and pressure to form an extremely durable laminate surface. Fusion's advanced laminate technology enables any image or colour you can imagine to be permanently fused into its surface.
